The Health and Fitness Center is here to serve the community. To join, see Sandy Hilding at the school for an application and key. During non-school hours it is open to adults 18 and over. Children that accompany their parents be attended at all time for their safety.
The Health and Fitness center has an elliptical machine, ab rollers, body ball, three bench presses, 3-60lbs. dumbbells, and many more free weight machines. Mr. Young, Weight Training Coach, is currently raising money for new equipment. Student Hours During School Year: Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Summer Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 6:50 a.m. Mr. Lutt
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Mr. Young
