2008 Ultimate Car Challenge!

Two years ago Mr. Nelson took a group of students to the Ultimate Car Challenge at Southeast Polk High School. They placed 8th in the state with their first car. Two years later a new group of students have modified the old car and built another one. They draft ideas, create it and then test out their model. They are given one pint of gasoline
to run around the track for as many laps as they can. This year’s group is comprised of Jon Ward, Clint Griffith, Brian Nebel, Jason Goltz, Lee Wertz and Tyler Woodward of Hamburg. Watch their website page for news on a special send-off!
