  • Athletic Sharing
  • Activity Sharing
  • Consolidate the High Schools – important from a facilities stand point, lost instructional time moving teachers and students, and transportation costs
  • Common schedules and calendars
  • Shared bids for food service, gas, insurance, buses, technology, etc..
  • Share administration,counseling, transportation and business services
  • Whole grade sharing
  • More teacher sharing
  • Incorpate the ICN more to deliver instruction
